Month Top:

Collage of various parts, launch photos, and patches of the Artemis program.

Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy were originally slated to fly a loop around the Moon on Artemis II by the end of 2024. Now, that mission is scheduled for September 2025 but is likely to be delayed further into late 2025 or even 2026.

Month bottom:

Long exposure of Artemis I lifting off, viewed from ~3 miles away at the NASA Press Site next to the Vehicle Assembly Building where the rocket was assembled.

If you look closely, you can make out the two SRBs as bright lines emerging as separate but eventually curving toward one another as the Space Launch System performs a roll program.
