Limited Edition: sold out

This image was made at 2:18:45 a.m. on Monday, January 8th, 2024, when ULA/United Launch Alliance’s Vulcan launch vehicle lifted off from SLC-41 in Florida for the very first time. The core/first stage of Vulcan utilized two Blue Origin BE-4 methalox (methane + liquid oxygen) engines and two Northrop Grumman GEM 63XL solid rocket boosters to improve performance. Cert-1 flew in the VC2S configuration. (Vulcan-Centaur-2 SRBs-Small payload Fairing)

Print: Brought to life using the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 printer on Ultra Premium Photo paper, these 17″ x 22″ (43 x 56 cm) limited-edition, autographed and numbered prints will arrive without any white border surrounding them. Once opened, the print will be inside a clear, plastic sleeve for archival keeping and protection during transit.

(unfortunately, this lens met its fate after Vulcan Cert-1 and has photographed its final launch. After being chewed through by the acidic byproducts resulting from the water deluge on the launch mount combining with the graphite epoxy SRB exhaust, and spritzed on the front element of the lens)
