Hello! My name is Trevor Mahlmann. I am a professional photographer and I specialize in graduation photography at Indiana University’s Bloomington, Indiana campus. I’ve been taking these since 2015 and I am excited to be gearing up for the Fall 2024 graduation season! I have an incredibly easy process for booking photo sessions!
Whether you’re by yourself, graduating with your partner, or have a big family/group of friends/sorority sisters/fraternity brothers you want photos with, I’ve got just the session for you!
Below, you’ll find a place to:
- select which type and size of photography session you’d like (single, group, family, etc)
- schedule when you’d like to have them taken (pick day & time)
- decide how fast you’d like your photos delivered (standard: 7 days | fast: 24 hours)
- and pay online: securely and simply via Square (used + trusted by >64 million businesses like me!)
This year, I’m excited to be offering fast photo delivery as well! In the past, my standard photo delivery was exactly 7 days later. If you’d like a faster photo turnaround of 24 hours or less after we capture them on campus, you can now select that at checkout!
It’s like Amazon Prime Next-Day Air, but for your graduation photos🤣($150 optional add-on)
Some things to keep in mind!
- When booking: please use the graduate name, graduate phone number & third-party graduate email when booking the session for clarity 🙂 (non @iu.edu email, if your graduate has one)
- Important!
- If you’d like to include parents/friends/group attendee name(s), phone number(s), and email addresses in the “Appointment Notes” section — you’re welcome to!
- If you have photo ideas or specific places you’d like photos taken – also include them in the “Notes” section when booking too! I’d love to hear your ideas for things that are special to you or locations you definitely want photos with! (campus statues, your school building(s), etc!)

If you are not graduating Fall 2024 but would like me to do your / your child’s graduation photos: fill out this form and let me know what year you’re interested in! I’ll make sure I let you know when I post the bookings for your semester/season!

Frequently Asked Questions
I'll email you a link to your private gallery (just like this) within 1 week of your session date/time, where you can download your full-res, edited JPG files! If you select faster editing of 24 hours, you'll get your photos within 24 hours of the session end time!
For example: If your session is on say Thursday the 3rd at 3:00pm, you will have your photos signed, sealed, and delivered by Thursday the 10th at 3:00pm. If you select 24 hour editing, you'll get your photos by Friday the 4th at 4:15 or 4:30pm, in this scenario.
You are guaranteed a minimum of 25 photos! (Often much higher if you have location ideas, props, a big family etc, just a guarantee on my end!🙂)

Yes! I know things can come up. If it is more than 2 weeks before your respective session, you can reschedule directly through the confirmation email you received at the time of booking! If it is within one week of your session, just email me here I would be more than happy to help try to find you a new day/time!
If you have ideas for specific photos that you want taken, I would love to hear them! During or after booking (via confirmation email) you can add your ideas to the "appointment notes" section of your photo session. Add them there or email me here, I would be happy to discuss ideas and/or add them to your session for you!
My Single, Small Family, and Small Group sessions include many individual photos of graduates. Large Group sessions include one individual photo for each group member. XL Group sessions are group photos only, unless time allows. (which, it usually does if we're efficient and you know where you want photos at on campus!)
Looking to have photos taken with your partner who's also graduating? I'd be glad to accommodate you both!
Simply book the Small Group (2-5 Grads or Friends) session! You'll get photos together, individuals at each location, and everything in-between!

I am open to your suggestions of things! We will start the session from Rose Well House and then either proceed to sample gates, or finish at Sample Gates!

The order will vary inversely based on your meeting location.
The prices shown above are a total price!
You would divide the price by how many graduates/friends you have in your group.
For example: Large Group // $350 // 10 Graduates // $35 per Graduate
The group should designate one person to book the session and the friends in the group would be responsible for paying that person back.
Full payment at booking required. I will always reschedule to the best of our combined availabilities.
- Full refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of booking and paying for your respective session.
- 50% refund: If cancelled after 24 hours of booking but more than one month from your respective session.
- 25% refund: If cancelled between one month and two weeks of your respective session.
- No refund: cancellations within two weeks of your respective session.
- Weather & Safety: If rain, thunderstorms, or some other dangerous situation create an environment unsafe or unsuitable to take pictures for 50% to 100% of your respective session duration a 50% refund will be issued.
- Family Emergency: If you are unable to make it to your session due to a family emergency (like a family members passing) and there are still session slots available, you will be given an opportunity to reschedule. If no sessions are available, a 75% refund will be issued.
All refunds, once issued, can take between 9 - 14 business days (total) to process and show up on your end, depending on your bank.
If you decide not to show for your appointment, no refund will be issued. (In hundreds of sessions now, thankfully I have only ever had this happen once😅)
